To 2K Furniture and Amazon, My name is Linda McGee, I am a customer. A customer! I'm contacting you yet again in reference to a Kitchen Buffet that I purchased in March. I have made at least five attempts to get this item back to 2K and have been requesting a refund for a month. I have believed that this should be a very simple process. To explain, a customer purchased an item, they're unsatisfied with the item, they make arrangements to return the item, the company which is reputable and has integrity will assist the purchaser in the return of the item via a return label or transport. The company provides the customer with a full refund of the purchase price. Contract done. I've never experienced a purchase, especially from Amazon, which I was required to pay for the shipping and handling 2 return item that does not satisfy the customer. These are the basics of customer service. Now allow me to further illustrate how easy this process can be resolved. I am requesting that 2K Furniture send me a return label and I am requesting that 2K make arrangements for the pick up by UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, a truck of a friend that you know, to pick up this item. I do not think it acceptable that I incur any additional cost for your delivering a damaged product. To deliver an item in such terrible condition is unacceptable. Shame on you! Shame on you again! Is this really how you want to represent yourself. Do you really think that this is necessary for $260. Are you willing to sacrifice your reputation for $260. I want my money back. I believe I have been patient enough. I want a refund and a refund shouldn't cost me any more money or distress. If you do not respond to my satisfaction, I will have no other recourse but 2 investigate legal alternatives. I await your response. Thanking you for your cooperation in advance. I ordered a bedroom set off of Amazon thru this company after reading the reviews. I ordered a bedroom set over $1,000 in August of 2020 it was delivered October of 2020 with broken pieces and missing parts. I contacted the company and they said they would ship a replacement as Spain as it came in. Well it is now 9 months and no replacement and they are offering me a $100 refund and allowing me to kee my broken pieces. Mind you I contacted them immediately and for the past 7 months they have told me they will ship it when it came in and then told me they quit making it and had me choose another bedroom set sent the just the bed and it was missing the side rails. I contacted Amazon just this week and they are telling me that it is past the 90 days. I trusted this company to do as they said and now they ha e literally scammed me out over a $1,000 andi literally do it even have a competed best to sleep I the dresser, mirror and n nightstand was broken. I read the reviews and that is why I ordered thru this company but I am telling you do NOT order because of anything so wrong yoh will not get a replacement and will be without horn lm ru. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau in the morning and will be filing a claim against this company. I was a patients and trusting customer they scammed out of money. I have proof of all the emails and correspondence they sent saying they would send when it came in If anyone questions if I am being honest. I want everyone to now yes they may treat some customers good but if you are the poor customers lien me that trusted them to do as they said I feel sorry for you. It was the first new bedroom set I ha e ever night and now I am out my money and without a bedrroom set DO NOT TAKE the Chance I did and be scammed. I will go in every social media platform this company is established with to let consumers know how they treated and scammed me. And I will let the Better Business Bureau. There is a thing call s the Consumer Protection act that this company has clearly violated. I have all the emails and phone call record to prove it and I will. Buy at your own risk is all I can say

I ordered through Amazon. The box came damaged and taped up. The hardware and instructions were missing. They sent hardware a week later. The hardware doesn’t fit after putting together 95% of the cabinet the shelf brackets won’t fit in the holes. I emailed 5 times and I just get same response of no solution. I called company direct and no one will resolve . Terrible customer service. Don’t purchase from this company.

I really like this bed set, but the bed broke after 1 week. There are only 4 support slats which does not redistribute weight well. For a couple of dollars more, they could have put 2 more and my bed would not have broken. Wow! I then contacted the seller and they indicated they don't offer a guarantee. They don't even stand behind their own product to offer a solution to the fact I now have a broken bed because they were cheap. It's ok though...I will buy the necessary slats and fix the bed on my own, but I would never recommend 2K Furniture to anyone else!

I bought a twin size bed with a pop-up trundle and I am very happy with this purchase. It’s hard to come by trundle beds these days and it’s the exact design I was looking for. I can make it into a couch In the day and a bed at night. Perfect for guest with a pop-up trundle. Very sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. You can easily fit a 10-12 inch mattress on the trundle. The delivery took about 3 weeks to arrive, but with COVID-19 it’s understandable. Joe at 2K Furniture was very kind and patient with me when I called asking about the status of my shipment. Overall I am very pleased and I would purchase from 2K Furniture again! I highly recommend!

I bought a tv stand in April of 2020. Upon arrival, the box was very damaged and so was the product. I asked for a refund and 6 months later, I still have not seen any money in my mailbox. This company has the worst customer service and would not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered the silver mirror with jewels... they came crooked... Left a review and had a call within minutes... They were very nice and said they would send a white mirror. As you can see it was crushed on the corners... So perhaps their customer service is very good but their quality control is not. Waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a credit but still waiting... This was a $129 mirror and the quality is maybe $29. Reviews on this mirror were not good. Guess I should have listened to other buyers.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. We received instructions from the company regarding handling the delivery advising us to accept the packages as is and then contact the company if any items were damaged. Our dresser arrived with a HUGE crack that runs the length of the top. We sent pictures of the item as well as the receiving instructions we’d received within the 36 hour limit and requested a replacement dresser. We were given the runaround and had to follow back up multiple times only to be told that we would have to pursue the issue with the shipping company. The shipping company referred us back to 2K Furniture. We requested a refund within the 30 days and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. I have tried calling multiple times and have not gotten a response. We are now filing a claim through Amazon. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have received from an Amazon seller. We followed protocol at every turn and the company can’t even give us the courtesy of a returned call. I’m not sure how such a lack of customer care keeps their doors open. We’ll be disputing the charge on my card as fraudulent due to damaged goods and the company’s failure to respond.

NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a bed via Amazon. Joe, the "VP of Operations", called me the next day to schedule a delivery for the following day. There was no delivery for the next MONTH. Not only did I have to waste my time consistently calling Joe to see when the delivery would actually take place and asking to work from home, but Joe (who is supposed to be in charge of all operations) had absolutely NO IDEA when the delivery was happening, who the delivery men were or if it would even happen that day. He promised delivery on 10 different occasions. When I followed up each time (as I was waiting for him at home!), he made it blatantly obvious he completely disregarded his customers needs and time, and didn't know what he was doing. He offered me a lamp and a small refund for my "troubles"... again a lie. I stressed out about this bed delivery for so long (and dealt with some very aggravating people!) and am writing this in the hope no one has to go through this ever again!!

My wife and I purchased a new house several months ago. The house had more bedrooms, so we needed to order ourselves a new bedroom set for the master bedroom. My wife fell in love with a set from 2K Furniture Designs. I read reviews on the product and we wound up ordering site unseen (I have never done this with furniture before). I was blown away upon deliver on the quality of the furniture. It was built better then our old furniture, which we paid a fortune for. I was also impressed with the delivery crew. They were very cordial and respected my home. Amazing experience start to finish!!!!!!

We have had a wonderful experience ordering our storage rack from 2K Furniture. Delivery was quick and item was as described. We were able to use the rack as two two-shelf racks instead of one four-shelf rack which is much better for our needs/space. Would definitely recommend or buy again!

I purchased a Jenny Lind bed from 2K Furniture and was extremely satisfied. I initially purchased the incorrect size bed, and the return was simple and easy, costing me only a minimal amount for the shipping label. I had expected to pay much more due to the size and weight of the package, so this was a great relief. The delivery of the second bed that I re-ordered was timely and professional, and the piece itself was in great condition. Absolutely horrible customer service! My product arrived two months late and Joe promised a $200 refund which we never received. I’ve called him multiple times and his response is always that the refund is on its way. Unfortunately, I have had to report his business to the BBB and the attorney general. Be very careful with this company and make sure whatever he is promising you, get it upfront!

God awful. Never in my life have I had such a hard time with purchasing items online. I purchased a bedroom set (bed frame, 2 night stands, chest, dresser, & mirror) from 2k furniture and during the shipment (am trucking company) my mirror was misplaced and my foot board was badly damaged and it didn't even arrive the day(s) it was suppose to. The man, Joe I spoke to said he needed to find the mirror before sending me a new foot board so they would arrive together, unhappily I said fine. DAYS later he emails me saying they found my mirror and they were going have it to me by the end of the week. If that was the case I wouldn't have been as disappointed as I am. Keep in mind I left my BRAND NEW MATTRESS on the floor, because my foot board was damaged. I call Thursday (its approaching the end of the week.) My foot board isn't even shipping with my mirror. I waited DAYS before Joe would even consider sending me my foot board because he wanted them to ship together, for them to not even be shipped together.. My mirror is gonna take another week to come in, and my foot board I was told would be on the following day. My foot board was not delivered the following day. Unorganized business who will say anything to get you to leave them alone.

Have a claim in that has been a month now and getting very ridiculous. From the very beginning the service was poor before, during, and after the delievery. We have been good customers, payed our part and then some because of the gentlemen not willing to bring the product inside the house and not waiting to check for us to open the boxes damage. When the claim was put in all we were given was empty promises of getting back to me through email and phone calls. This is VERY unprofessional.

This company is not a good company to do business with. Before you purchase, I urge you to look at reviews of this company. If it were not for the fact that I made the purchase through Amazon, I would’ve been out over $200.00. First - the delivery was 2 weeks late; I asked for shipping updates several times. Next - they delivered the product (recliner) with no arms....yep, it had no armrests. This guy named Joe said that he would fix the order and give me a concession for my issues, all he wanted was for me to post good reviews on Google and some other site. I did so, thinking this Joe person was being honest. Well, he wasn’t and after months of frustration, Amazon finally granted me a claim against the company and gave me a refund. So, I have updated my reviews to reflect the truth and not what the company scammed me into saying. Buy from this company at your own risk.

Had an issue with a chair rail on a chair that I ordered. Contact the company the Saturday before New Years and got a response on New Year’s Day. Customer service was friendly and willing to assist me with my issue. Still waiting on the new chair rail to arrive but customer service was helpful so far.

Horrible customer service, delivery was failed four times. Refused contact with me, with Amazon and absolute ignorance of other people's time. I ordered a daybed with pop up trundle from 2K Furniture. I received a call the same day to set up delivery and it was delivered the very next day! The family I work for purchased a trundle bed from 2K which promptly fell off its wheels, damaging the hardwood floor in the process. When we sought a refund, we were told the bed could only be replaced, not refunded. We explained that we were not happy with the defective bed and wished to shop for another elsewhere--the floor is already ruined and we can't afford another, similar incident. I was told that 2K would consult with the vendor about our refund, and while awaiting their reply, I discovered that the Better Business Bureau already shows 14 complaints filed against this business--many describing similar experiences, stating that the company told them something similar and then disappeared. I've followed up twice since I was told 2K would "consult with the vendor" with no reply. I was hesitant even to write this review, because up until this point the rep we'd been working with had been very responsive and helpful.

I have recently made a purchase with this company through amazon well my husband did and we have gone through nothing but hell no bed came with our bedset that we ordered we’ve payed over four hundred dollars just to receive a headboard and some other supplies but not a whole bed set this is ridiculous and we will be pursuing legal action against this company and amazon giving us the run around for an entire month being rude and disrespectful on the phone the packaging was horrible and again they are refusing to give us our money back over HUGE MISTAKE that they made so we will see how seriously they take things once somebody gets a summons to court because I refuse to keep dealing with this company and or amazon i will be plastering my social media and every other outlet about this company AND AMAZON until or unless I get a cease and desist

I have had a very good experience with this provider. I ordered a bed frame from them. When an accidental duplicate order for the bed frame went through and I received two of them, Joe Landau was very helpful in getting me a return label right away followed by a credit to my card for the extra bed frame as soon as it was received back at 2K Furniture. Thank you, Joe. BTW, the bed frame is good and strong and it was easy to put together.

I can't give zero .... Absolutely horrible! Ordered a bed def. Didn't receive it on time at all what so ever.deliver date changed probably 8 times. Then had to wait another week. My mom ended up having to buy my kids another bed because it took so long.. such a hassle and run around to get my refund that this "Joe" guy promised... Been waiting for months now... Horrible service and I probably will not recommend or buy from this company ever again!
