What a joke of a company. Once I have used my promo code for a credit for the first cancellation (when I don't need to worry about going hungry) I will be moving on to uber eats or another delivery service that can actually deliver food. Today was the last straw. 2 separate orders from two different restaurants one after another and both where after 2 hours cancelled. Why? Because they could not find drivers. Wait.... What you are a delivery company, how can you not provide the basic service you offer. Not just that but making someone wait 2 hours because your system has a time out means I have no food for 4 hours and have to do it again. I'm now starving. Customer services have no clue, speaking to a manager and all you get is this should not happen. Dam strait it should not. But they don't care about the little guys. Then while discussing I got told "that's all we can do for you in going to release this call now" and then she hung up. What a great manager! I would totally suggest that anyone reads this likes it so they can see that these things are not going unnoticed and try somewhere else first.

A joke of a company. I've been driving for them for over a year. I recently purchased another vehicle that I would like to use for making deliveries and NO One can tell me the procedure for changing vehicles. I can't even get anyone on the phone other than someone in a call center overseas who hasn't a clue on how to go about updating my vehicle. They refer me back to to their website with drop down menu that does not include a vehicle update. Meanwhile other drivers have been deactivated for using non authorized vehicle. It's just a simple matter of uploading a current insurance card and there is absolutely no one or no place on their website help menu for doing this. Ridiculous! So glad I still can drive for doordash.

After an hour on hold they couldn’t do anything to help and then hung up on me. Specifically their gift card customer service. Ugh. They literally lost 25 Christmas gift cards for homeless youth and then refused to help. I guess it was easier to hang up on me than solve a basic problem.

4/24/2020 NY,NY. Order just now from a great rest/fast food/chicken&burger place food never arrived when after an hour of waiting for food understanding pandemic situation text with representative Emilia,informed me that in her notes stated attempt delivery was made but no answer from house was received. At the moment the was way to re deliver and a refund was not possible that I could get a 25% off next purchase. Just like that,no choice,no questions. Was like we took your money and your food. Order again or figured It out. Seamless way to advertise and not deliver a shame.

Seamless/GrubHub is the absolute worst of all the delivery services: 30% scalping fees on low-margin restaurants struggling to survive post-pandemic. And those fees aren't re-invested back into customer service, better delivery timing estimates, or correct its bait-and-switch promotions. Probably continuing its strong-arm conquest over small family and minority-owned businesses.

We ordered through Seamless for the first time today. The only thing wrong was that BJ's gave us a gluten free pizza instead of deep dish. I contacted Seamless and they immediately contacted the restaurant and got us a refund for the pizza. Everything else was great. Our driver was awesome and on time, even though he had to navigate brew fest and some closed roads. We'll definitely be using this service often.

Worst service ever. Can’t even say they even listened to the issue. They suck. If I had know GrubHub bought them I would never had preferred from them in the first place. Grub hub is truly the worst. Will never give them another dime of my money!

Ordered food, which was then marked as delivered 20 minutes later and of course had not arrived yet. 10 minutes pass and i decided to contact customer service and was told my food was on the way and would arrive in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, no food, so I contacted customer service again and a new rep told me that my food was still at the restaurant and waiting to be picked up. Lie number one. Then, I ask for a refund since I obviously was being played. The second rep then tells me that my refund was issued. Upon asking for a confirmation email, the second rep told me "you will receive it". Another 5 minutes pass and no confirmation. I ask for it again and am told "one moment please" Another 5 minutes pass and STILL no confirmation email. From there I decide to end the chat, because I know I had just wasted 20 minutes of my time. I then decide to give their Corporate office a call to see if I can get transferred over to their Customer Service department. After reaching someone and being placed on hold, I was hung up on. Decided to call back again, then placed on another 10 minute hold as he investigates the problem. I decided to simply take a loss on that 30 dollars that I spent, since it was quite clear that no one was going to help me. Absolutely terrible, terrible customer service. From what I remember, their Customer Service used to be much better. It seems as if though they are either outsourcing these scammers and liars. Stay away, if possible. There are many other great delivery companies our there.

HORRID. Consistently AWFUL. Twice, back to back, from two different restaurants [both within 10 minutes of the office] and could not deliver before an hour and a half. Cold food and ridiculously awful customer service. If you leave the chat page, you cannot connect back to chat [chat window doesn't follow you]. Actually had a woman say, oh it's fine, they're heated bags---how on Earth would that help if you haven't picked up my order from the restaurant for an hour and a half? No common sense. No training. No customer centric or employee development focus. AWFUL.

Seamless.....yeah....they present you with all these food places...but do not care how long it will take.....so my remedy ? I use seamless just to see the restaurants in my area, to check their menus and prices, read some reviews, and when I am ready to order I call up...Yes...Telephone...and I ask ...how long for the delivery ? whatever the answer is i give them another 10-15 min..I tell them so "Hey i am giving you another 10-15 extra time, but if you are come later no money from, you go back"...and guess what.....Yep you guessed right...fast and hot meals.....With seamless they already have your money, using the telephone they have to serve you first....Simple as that...

There are some companies with a “make it right no questions asked” customer service attitude. This is NOT one of them. No easy or obvious way to cancel an order. Took four useless calls to their “customer care” line about an order I never received and they were unable to do anything about it. A different answer every time. Only the FOURTH person I contacted offered me any kind of discount as compensation. What a frustrating waste of time & money.

No Customer Service! Placed the same order that I place everyday from same restaurant. Today was the first time there was a problem with order. The restaurant refused to correct the order, so I called Seamless. Seamless calls the restaurant who does not give them permission to refund my money. The offer me a partial credit for a future purchase with them and tell me that is all they can do. Meanwhile, the restaurant just took my money. Amazing.

Tons of fake reviews on the platform and does nothing about them. They prevent people from leaving negative reviews for places that shouldn't even be open but are probably kept open from the order stream they get through their fake, inflated ratings on Seamless.

Placed an order through seemless, food was never delivered. I reported this and they said they would look into it and get back to me. They called me later to inform me that the restaurant did indeed deliver the food (their words). My response was I don't know who they gave the food to but it wasn't me. Their demeanor was that I was lying about not receiving the food but that they would give me a courtesy refund. A courtesy?? You didn't fulfill the service I paid for, how is that a courtesy? When I asked this question the lady hung up on me. Rude and will never use again.

They used to be efficient, provided great service, etc. HOWEVER, they have been terrible in the last 3 - 4 months. I just received yet another incorrect order, and the fact that the restaurants are confused and seamless is not communicating is ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere. FYI you are not the only company that does delivery.

Seamless "customer service" is the WORST. Two telephone calls ended with me hanging up because the calls are outsourced to a country where the accent on the other line makes it impossible to understand anything being said. Two attempts at an online "chat" ended with both agents abandoning the conversation before a resolution could be reached. I will not use Seamless again and am deleting my account.

I had a terrible experience trying to retrieve old receipts that they no longer had available on their website. I used to order from Seamless all the time because of the convenience of not having to keep track of paper receipts. The representative was rude and provided a terrible customer service experience. Good bye, Seamless.

Every single order I place through them comes wrong or has some sort of issue. Dealing with customer service is a nightmare. They never fix the issue and all they want to do is send you coupons for future orders, which doesn't at all deal with the problem at hand. Stay as far away from this company as possible

Horrible. I ordered from Burger King today. My order arrived late, half of my large drink had spilled into the bag, so my food was drenched in coke and I couldn't eat it. I chatted with customer service online, who first told me they could only reimburse $10 (half of what I paid!) before telling me I would be refunded in full. The confirmation email says I will be refunded $10. They are liars, and their service is terrible.

please do not SEEK a satisfying customer service experience. if something goes wrong, get up and go to the restaurant to handle it yourself. i'm considering ordering food the old fashioned way from here on out. thanks for reminding me what that was/is like. apparently promo codes, that do not work, have expiration dates (without an alert or notification.) they will not offer any incentive but a poor excuse of how long ago it was received. the code WASN'T used. i lost my money (at the time) to the restaurant and what i was promised, cannot stand the test of time? not even remain as credit? even though that night, i never received my food? AND I CALLED TWICE, and it STILL DIDNT WORK? and you have record of it not being used. as someone who works in service, this was handled poorly. and Sebastian, please find a new job that supports community and loyalty. textbook procedures CANNOT handle every situation. and you KNEW this wasn't right.

I ordered food from a restaurant that didn't have 2 out of my 3 ordered items. This is not the first time this has happened with seamless. I usually don't say anything when their website isn't accurate- but this time I am especially "hangry" and pretty upset that the site is not updated. Uber Eats is always accurate- so I know it is possible to be accurate. It's really a shame that Seamless can't keep up with the times. I was given a $5 credit for my inconvenience. Of course I won't be using it- $5 is not considered compensation. It expires in 30 days and I can guarantee I won't be ordering from here any time soon. Shame- I used to order from here EVERY business day.

I have never experienced worst customer service. I had just signed up for Seamless and received a coupon code for $7 off my first order and went to use it and wasn't allowed. An hour later, after lots of troubleshooting, two calls to customer service and requesting to speak to a manager, they had me place the order and have said they will refund the $7. After reading other reviews though, I doubt this will ever happened. Their customer service is so unhelpful I don't know why they even bother having it.

‪My friend had a terrible experience with Seamless last week. She hosted a work event and ordered $150 of food. The food never arrived and she was charged for it. Seamless customer care said it was delivered to the wrong address and the store is closed now so there wasn’t anything they could do. they made I sound like they were doing her a favor by refunding the food she didn’t receive, not to mention the event now didn’t have the food it needed. When all was said and done they offered $10 Credit. Nothing can correct what happened, but to only compensate $10 for a $150 order and ruined event, that’s just not good enough.

seriously bad customer service. We received our delivery and it was missing items. April at Seemless was not at all helpful and thought it was reasonable that I don't eat my dinner with my family. Monopoly are bad. So is Seemless.

Paid $10 for a coffee. I made a lunch order, but only coffee arrived. Apparently the restaurant did not have the ingredients to make my sandwich. Seamless did not charge me for the sandwich, but they did charge me the tax on the sandwich, delivery fees and tip for the driver. My latte ended up costing me more than $10. When I complained, I was told that I would be given Seamless cash that expires in a month, no extension possible, and I'm spending the month abroad, so there's no way I can even claim this credit. I was refused the option to cancel my order even though they were not able to fulfill it. Never again!

It said I will get 7 dollars off on my first order. I input the promotion code but it showed invalid. Then I had to call customer service. I was on the phone with the representative for 1 hour, still, the problem was not solved. I placed my order as they said, but I did not get my refund eventually. Guess we all encountered same problems. Anyway, will not order from them any more after this awful first time experience.
