I've tried to shop here a couple times. I won't try again. I'm never greeted, never asked do I need help. Greeter at the door looked beyond me to ask the lady behind me if she needed help and 2 reps helped her. I know Im not the typical demographic of the area but i reside here too.. Spent about 20 minutes trying to get help. The last time I left drove to the downtown store and purchased my living room furniture in less than 30 mins. Horrribleeee! We ordered furniture it was due for delivery on mid December now they are telling us! The day on the delivery after confrontation and canceling me schedule to stay home, that our items won’t arrive till the second week of January! When you go in the store the sales people attack to sale! Horrribleeeeeeeee! Iam sorrry for wasting my money here.

High-pressure shark-like sales people. The one really cool guy was Ara, which is why the stars are 3 instead of 1. We've bought many thousands worth of furniture from Ashely over the last 10 years. Most of it is good enough, better than Ikea, and Ashley puts it together for you, lol. IF you have a problem, you're pretty much screwed, though... Customer Service is horrible. I wish they'd fix that aspect of their business. They lose a star for the sharks, and 3 for the crappy after-sale service... But Ara helped them get back 2 stars.

Ashley is so terrible. they greased the wheels by giving us gift cards on a mattress purchase and made it impossible to use the gift cards. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from them ever.

Just ordered a sofa and loveseat from here. They had it in stock and it delivered less than a week later! It was an unusual brand so I purchased it the day of, NO hesitation. I love the suede material, the comfort, the color, the uses of it (it has big hand rails) and my toddler loves it too! Everything from start to finish was smooth from the payment process, to delivery instructions to warranty to the text notices to delivery. The delivery guys were outstanding and worked FAST! They brought it in, took it out of the box, assembled it, checked on it to make sure there were no damages, set it securely on the floor, signed off on it, and left. It was about 15 min total. The sofas are perfect for our master room and they light up the whole house. We are happy!! Thank you Ashley!!

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone when called - it’s been 2 days. Promised a follow through to provide my tracking information the day after purchasing - here we are almost a week later and no tracking info or available rep to answer the phone. I’ve tried calling the store, chat via web and text my sales rep as he was “kind” enough to provide his cell but hasn’t really been much help or provided any information besides telling me to expect an update on Thursday, yesterday, but still nothing. I prob would’ve been better off ordering my product online but the sales reps seem to steer you away from the website in the guise of avoiding problems but the store seems to offer just as much. I need my tracking ASAP or my money BACK.

This store is really hit or miss. I wish I could give individual stars based on who helped us. We purchased a beautiful couch from Ashley when they were running their deal pending we waited for it to arrive. No problem we can wait. Casey (Sales Rep) This man gets a 5 star review, he is an excellent listener, he took our needs and consideration to heart, and really went above and beyond for us. I would absolutely purchase from him again. The delivery is where the problems occurred. The couch was suppose to be delivered 11/16 (YAY), then the delivery guy showed up with only half of my total couch (WHAT?) So then I called the warehouse and the warehouse connected me to corporate. Corporate was great, they were very accommodating of the situation, and the final decision was to call back to the store and see if I could PAY More money to fix the situation. Upon calling the store again, Ogol (sp?) proceeded to yell at me through the phone saying corporate was wrong, and then they couldnt do anything for me, and that there is no returns or exchanges and that it is my fault for not understanding the fine print. I feel as though this was the wrong approach to a customer. I don't want to be yelled at, I am trying to pay more money to fix the situation, and yet you want to yell at me for wanting to give you more money? I don't understand. Miriam also gets 5 stars. she remedied the situation, got me connected with the sales manager Silva, and reassured that she would do everything to get this taken care of. Silva (3 stars) she attempted to fix situation but definitely was not forthcoming until she allowed me to speak and tell them the full situation. I explained what Ogol had said to me and how I felt in the situation. There was absolutely no full remedy, still no idea when my other half of the couch is coming. In total, I want to say I would purchase from Ashely again, but I am extremely hesistant. Be careful of the fine print, and be careful of customer service after purchase because it is atrocious except for Miriam. Be careful where you spent your thousands.

I have not received my furniture as of yet so this review is strictly for my experience in the store. Our sales person was Hoda, and she was fantastic! She was very informative, kind, and patient in insuring we got exactly what we were shopping for. We realized after we got home we made a mistake in picking the couch configuration we needed and when we went back the next day to address it the employees/manager of the store were very helpful in adjusting our order to the correct configuration. I will gladly continue shopping at this location.

The worst customer service. If I could give the zero star I would. We ordered a sofa on July 29 , they said it would be delivered on early September. On September 7th I got a text that my delivery will be on 10th. 2days before delivery I got phone call from their main customer service that my sofa will not be delivered on time and it would come end of November. I was so angry because, they already took money from my bank account three days after ordering; we purchased it in the store, then the day that my sofa supposed to be delivered I received another text massage that our delivery will be at the door in 10 minutes?!?! hour later again I got phone call now from the Burbank Store customer service that my sofa is going to be delivered at the end of NOVEMBER but again they don't guarantee it. I asked the customer service to cancel my order, she said I have to go to store in person again and talk to store manager. It was my first and last time I'm shopping from this store. Untrustworthy and very unprofessional management.

Romero was awesome. We came in looking for a bedroom set. He helped us with everything even tho it was late and closing time. He stayed with us the whole time and his manager. They both helped us get maximum savings and offered us some upgrades that we didn’t know about. They treated us like royalty answered all our questions. Wanted Extra-firm mattress, they do not have any extra firm but only have medium firm! I DO NOT want medium firm but only prefer Extra Firm! I ended up getting a advise from Ashley HomeStore sales guy to sleep on the wooden floor instead of shopping for a extra firm mattress! Let me tell you this, I will not sleep on the Wooden floor but get mattress that I want from somewhere else! Learn that costumer is always correct! Do not slip your tongue at costumers!

I love this place. Great prices. Amazing and very nice modern furnitures. You’re always welcomed by the front desk associates with smiles especially the lady who has black long hair i think her name is Nelly. She is a sweat heart. I just went there to checkout few queen beds, she was in a great mood. Her professionalism was magnificent and she helped me a lot regarding whatever question i had and explained everything in detail so i could choose the best one. The customer service was great. Really loved how they are on top of everything and how they what to provide the best customer service for their clients. I will definitely refer this place to others as well.

I want to compliment the sales associate Aliveza "Allen". I feel that he went above and beyond. He allowed my daughter to bring in her German Shepherd due to the extreme heat, respectfully ad matched, and was genuinely a nice guy. After receiving a flyer in the mail with a great sale price for a leather vouch and love seat I headed to the nearest store. We were disappointed that the color was totally different from what it appeared to be in the flyer and was the only color available and that sales tax is charged on delivery. All in all the sales lady and store manager were extremely nice and explained everything in detail. The sale price was a 64% discount and we fell in love with the comfort, sale price and service and purchased it.

Shopping for furniture can sometimes be a daunting experience, especially if you have a pushy salesman who just wants to make a sale. This was definitely not our experience at this Ashley HomeStore. Sarah was the most helpful sales person we have ever had! As soon as we walked into the store, she politely greeted us and asked is what we were looking for. We told her we were looking for a reclining sofa, and instead of showing us around and looking at expensive options she led us directly to a huge sale they were having. We came at just the right time, as the sale included not only the reclining sofa we were looking for but also: a reclining loveseat, coffee and end tables, 2 lamps, a rug, a 5 piece accessory set, and a throw blanket. We got 14 pieces for only $50 more! Sarah even helped us pick out all of the additional pieces, and made the entire buying experience positive and streamlined. We also purchased a new Cal King bed as ours hadn't been replaced in over 10 years, and it was a no brainier as the mattress was $1,000 off! From start to finish my wife and I felt like we were shopping for furniture with a friend, and it was all due to Sarah being a great sales person! An added bonus was that she's only been working there for 2 months. We know that she's going to do great things at that store! We highly recommend shopping at this Ashley HomeStore, and if you get the chance have Sarah help you!

This is the best furniture store ever. Today I visited this store, sales associate Ali greeted and welcomed me warmly. He offered his help whenever I needed it. He had great attitude. He was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the furniture in the store. When it came to pricing, he called the manager Soumeyeh who was also very nice and helpful. She spent almost 45 minutes from her time to help me match my furniture and make my new place looks amazing! Plus the great deal that I got!! Thank you for making my day!! Disorganized inventory control. Sales was able to invoice and collect payment on a dining set and two barstools I ordered. Arranged delivery date without a problem. Prior to delivery date, warehouse calls to confirm I'll be home, so I took that day off. The day before delivery, I receive a text letting me know the window of time they'll be arriving. 45 minutes before arrival, Ashley warehouse calls me and tells me they're out of stock. What they're out of stock on, they don't know. I called Burbank and sales advised they would inquire and follow up in three hours. No follow up happened, so I drove to Burbank to ask what was the status. Spoke with store manager, he apologized, and offered me a $50 gift card for future purchases. Said he would find out what was happening and have his staff call in 3 hours. I reminded him that his staff doesn't follow through so well; he and his customer service rep promised me a call back in three hours. Four days later, no call or follow up. I returned to Burbank and asked for my full refund. Sales manager knew why, apologized, and quietly credited my charge card. He was kind to offer that I keep my $50 gift card for future purchases. No, thank you. Difficult to recommend this place based on my personal experience and opinion. Needless to say, I suffered delay and loss of time. Ashley was not reliable at all in my transaction with them.
