I am a Wedding Planner and recently had the pleasure of working with Kristi from Mazzone Hospitality. Kristi and team handled the catering for the wedding and the food was not only delicious, but also beautiful! The team was professional and wonderful to work with. In addition to handling the food, they also contributed to our design providing place settings, flatware, and linens. I would highly recommend Mazzone for weddings as well as any other special event, and I look forward to working with them again in the future!

They have done an amazing job with safe, pandemic-era catering for a film shoot. The food is creative, good quality, and they always have a vegan/gluten-free option. The servers are super fast and genuinely friendly and kind; a rare combination to maintain consistently in the service industry! I've been really impressed.

Been there almost 2 years. I have some great chefs and managers who look out for me. Sean Smith -- Executive Chef at PRIME@Regeneron has helped me out so much, especially lately. Mazzone Hospitality is very lucky to have him!

Lousy overpriced food. Also was only 4 cents short when paying cash one time and they wouldn't let me make my purchase and made me do a 4 cent transaction on my debit card.

Mazzone is the most amazing caterer ever. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, extremely reliable. They helped us with our wedding timeline, kept us on track, had fabulous suggestions for both the food and the presentation, as well as decor. In particular, Amanda Trackey and Sean Willcoxon are masters in their trade. Amanda was with us from the beginning and saw every detail through the wedding day. She became a close friend by the wedding day, even bustling my gown in 100 degree weather! Everything came out better than expected because of how incredible their team is. Sean was there for the walkthroughs and the day-of and brought his expertise and outstanding suggestions to make this the most memorable day of my life. They are number one and I recommend them 100%!

Mazzone Hospitality catered our wedding in Saratoga Springs. Angelica was our planner and coordinator and she was extremely organized and friendly. She helped us pick out the best food and drink options. Sarah was the bridal attendant, she is super sweet and attentive. Marianne was the event coordinator on our wedding day and she made sure the drinks and food were flowing seamlessly all night. We were so impressed with the quality of the food and so were our guests !! It made our day so memorable, thank you Mazzone Hospitality !

I like Mazzone and the restaurants are great. However, we signed up for the Couples Cooking Class. I did not sign up but my girlfriend did, so it is possible my information is not fully correct. Regardless, we were expecting a cooking class, hands on. This is more of a demonstration. The food was great and the 3 course meal was fun. However, it was not a cooking class. It's basically a un-televised version of something you see on the cooking channel. They did not even provide a recipe for the courses cooked. They said they would email us one but we never got it. Again, very nice place. Good food. Execution was OK on the cooking demonstration but this is not a instructional class.

The highest level of service in New York. The Mazzone pledge: " The answer is yes, now what's your question?" A joy to attend any function Angelo Mazzone is hosting. His son is a 5-star oporah singer as well! Both internationally loved!

Although great food, and a super chef...this is by no means a cooking class. Very disappointed for $90 per couple to attend. The class is not hands-on, which some like, some don't, so be prepared. Everyone sat at tables instead of gathering around the massive island to watch and be engaged. The tables are too far away from the action! There was a video camera on the range, and one terribly placed on the counter, yet you couldn't not see what the chef was doing and how he was preparing things. Highly disappointed. Learned NOTHING! Second, don't expect a drink - except water! Yes, $45 per person for "light fare" and water...oh and ONE Guinness if you wanted it. Yes, ONE whole can of Guinness but no more than one!...and no other beverage option! I couldn't believe it! Where was the hospitality?!? All the ingredients were pre-measured in clear containers to save time, but you couldn't tell what the ingredients even where unless you carefully studied the recipe list during the demonstration. Lastly, although a very efficient and friendly waiter, each course he would try to take your plate before you could even finish your food! Better eat fast!

Ate last night at Fish at 30 Lake Saratoga ny. The ambiance was very nice and the service was as,always with any of Angelo's places wondtrful. I viewed the specials for sat night March 4. I saw pan seared bass on the menu and asked the waitress if it was sea bass which she said yes . I got it. It was not seabass bass....took a few bites and it was dry and overcooked. It was also not sea bass......which I have been eating for years. Checked with the other couple and they agreed with me. I mentioned this to the esitre6who was exceptionally professional and took it back and I ordered the broiled scallops. She was wonderfully polite Thank you. As my companion was being served the male server hit my head near my ear with the hot cast iron skillet. Lol. I am ok. Just surprised. If this was really seabass as described......get a new supplier Bad. Chef was not paying attention on the kitchen. Buddy's steak was med not medium rste6as requested. I have always enjoyed Angelo s restaurants. This was a very unusual experience and if Angelo knew heads would have rolled.
