Needed a sofa bed and was lucky enough to get Aggy as our sales rep. She was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. She knows her stuff and I will absolutely seek her out again when I need another piece of quality furniture. The showroom is large and they have a decent number of pieces, including artwork and knick knacks.They also sell Purple brand mattresses so you can try it out while you're there. Highly recommend this location and especially Aggy.

HORRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER shop here again and recommend everyone avoid Raymour & Flanigan. My husband and I purchased dressers and nightstands from them, and have had a horrible experience from delivery onwards. The delivery guys were over an hour late (already a 3 hour window, so 4+ hours of waiting), left dirt everywhere and damaged our walls. The supposedly identical dressers were different heights and one nightstand was wobbly. After multiple phone calls to customer service, they scheduled a tech to come in 3 weeks later. The tech came today... rubbed his nasty muddy shoes all over my hallway runner to clean them as if it were a door mat and then claimed the issues with the furniture were because my floor wasn't level (had to disprove him using a measuring tape). He finally realized one dresser didn't have floor protectors at the bottom but said he couldn't do anything about it and left us with the protectors without doing anything to solve the problem. Called customer service after this abysmal visit and they were not willing to solve the problem or even offer an apology for the lack of care taken by their workers. STEER CLEAR and go to a more reputable business for your furniture needs! (This in no way reflects negatively on Lira, who is amazing and lovely and was such a wonderful salesperson.) **Update: Received a call from a manager and customer service is still non-existent. I'm shocked that someone in a management position in a service job could be so rude and unhelpful. In the end, I refused to let any more incompetent staff into my home because of damage caused on both prior visits that this company refuses to acknowledge or provide compensation for. My experience with Raymour & Flanagan on Fulton st was hands down 5 stars. As i came up the escalator i was greeted by Lira. She was pleasant knowledgeable and got straight down to business. She asked me what I was looking for and showed me exactly what i needed. I found my sofa in a matter of 15 minutes. She made everything painless. She made herself available in case i had any questions or concerns. She provided exceptional customer service. The delivery was also great they were in and out. Set up my couches and cleaned up.i highly recommend this store 100%!!

Just shopped for a mattress & sofa at Raymour on Fulton St and it was the best shopping experience imaginable. David, who helped us, was always available to answer our questions but didn't hover -- he would introduce us to the selection and then leave to give us space to consider the options on our own. In the end, we were able to put down a $50 fully refundable deposit to lock in the price (there was a sale going on) without committing to buy anything. This was really convenient because we are not ready to buy just yet but we really liked both the bed and sofa we ended up reserving. There was a wide selection and the prices seemed fairly competitive. Would totally recommend this location to anyone looking for furniture!

I went there to purchase a daybed for my mother for her birthday back I August. Something nice, not crazy expensive and a FIRM mattress. The bed took about two weeks to come, after her birthday. The bed I thought I ordered wasn’t the bed I received upon delivery. Sam helped me. When I called, he explained that due to the price range I wanted, he had to switch the bed and mattress. The one that came was ok, not as extravagant as the original one I wanted. It’s kind of plane actually. And the mattress it came with don’t fit into the space. After about a week, my mother started complaining about the mattress being too soft and how the middle feels like it’s sinking. Mattress wasn’t firm at all. The middle feels like it’s sinking due to the mattress not fitting into the space correctly. My mother is older and need the extra support. Hence why I wanted a firm mattress. Now we are stuck with this SMH.

I visited my local Raymour & Flanigan, 490 Fulton Street, B'klyn, NY 11201. I was greeted by Sales Consultant, David Ferdinand. He was professional, courteous, patient, and helpful. I felt relaxed to browse and not pressured. He even offered me a bottle of water. I purchased a bedroom set and a dining set. I am extremely happy with my furniture! It is beautiful and the quality of the furniture is excellent! The delivery team was professional and quick. The furniture was put together quickly and efficiently. The furniture arrived exactly on the date I requested. I super highly recommend this store, and will be returning to purchase more furnishings! I'd also like to thank David for excellent customer service!

Lira M. was very helpful. She took her time with me even though it was hard for me to make a decision. I finally made my decision & purchased a mattress, bed frame & box spring. At checkout the customer care rep Carla was patient, kind & she even made sure when it’s time to pay the area was wiped down which stores normally don’t do. My delivery came Monday and I’m so in love. It looks great & feels great! The delivery team were awesome with time and putting the bed together. We needed a mattress and just wanted to try out a few in person. Other than that, we really had no expectations. We left feeling very impressed: Jesus V. greeted us, answered all our questions and was super patient all the way. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. A few weeks later, we were able to move in to our new place so we came back to order the mattress. We could have done it all online, but figured since we had a good experience last time, we could just do it in store. Jesus was there again: he remembered us and what we needed in a mattress. Such a nice guy. We would absolutely recommend him.

I saw a couch online on the outlet page. I wanted to see it on the showroom floor before I purchased it. Jimmy was my sales guy and they didn’t have my exact piece on the floor but he showed me ones that were similar. He didn’t try to upsale me with another more expensive piece, I really appreciated that. I was actually in a rush and he did all of this in only 15 minutes. Great salesman. Anytime I shop for furniture I will be asking for him to help me.

Oooh my God, we had a wonderful day with the sales lady Lira. The way she attended to us, made us feel really comfortable and welcomed. When it comes to shopping I like to be able to be quick! Get in, get out! But being that this is my first apartment I thought I’d pay the store a visit and check out what exactly am I purchasing instead of “blind buying” as we come use to doing in this day and time. Thank God, I did! For what intended to buy online really didn’t suit me to well and I would have been upset. Now as for the service this amazing sales rep Dave.F, made an everlasting impression by not only listening to what it is that I wanted and preferred but he “understood”. He understood what it is that I needed and guided me to a better product that’s surely going to make me oversleep for work on a few occasions. He also was training/being assisted by a young woman (who I failed to obtain her name. Sorry) who were also polite and provided great feedback. She shows great promise within in R & F, especially if continued to be guided by the likes of David. Overall great experience and will be back!

Ordered my Purple 4 hybrid online. Sale going on so got a great deal on it. This is a top end mattress and it was delivered professionally-2days later on Sunday. Guys showed up in company shirts and were courteous. They all had masks, worked quick put new mattress in, take old out, all in about 10 minutes. I've purchased many items from R&F in the past and will continue to buy from them. Their delivery experience is what sets them apart IMHO.

When checking out the young lady at counter had no level of customer service to a point where I felt like I was begging her to take extra money as my down payment. I went on give $1500 dollars and then received two receipts with a third NOT reflecting correct deposit amount. I would NOT not recommend this location for a purchase. unless you want to be disrespected while spending your hard earned money.

I had such a positive experience looking for a sofa for a new apartment. Ben helped me navigate options for my specific dimensions. On a return trip to the store, he remembered my situation and measured to determine if a sofa would work in my space. Super knowledgeable and friendly, I was able to purchase my sofa quickly and efficiently and he even spent extra time helping with financing options. Went shopping for a mattress found one I liked & purchased to find out i get charged $80 delivery & DID NOT REMOVE old mattress. Which is very misinformation as commercial says they remove old mattress. The delivery men were very cold & aloof no customer service courtesy. I bought the new mattress w/hope of removing old mattress. I live alone & now have to pay someone else to get rid of mattress. These are very trying times with pandemic & wonder what management of Raymore & Flanagan thinks of customer being treated like this? Also not properly & fully taking time to inform customers ????? If anything they should be utmost courteous, informative, caring & very helpful instead ???? was treated in way that should have NOT happened. I hope this is taken seriously in a very hard time in our nation ???? Tue 12/15/2020 I wrote back at info provided via email but you have not followed up. Why send me info then no one follows up? All that's happening is you're adding to the bad experience with Raymour and Flanagan. Where does this go from here? Very upset ???? how you handling this ???? please reply

I’ve been shopping at Raymour for years until recently. I bought a table & a new bedroom set last year, both of which are chipping and broken and I barely use the table. I bought some new furniture that could not be delivered because according to them. It could not fit in my apartment. After paying cash for these items; what they failed to tell me is that if I wanted a refund it would be sent to me in check. On top of that, when I went there to ask for my money back; I was spoken to with such disdain. It was as if I was getting the items for free. The sales rep who helped me; if you want to call it help; was so misinformed. Every time I called him. He has a different answer for the same questions. Within the time they tried to deliver my new pieces; I have branched out to other companies and have found better pieces which look more durable. RAYMOUR ONLY SELLS FURNITURE IF YOU WANT THAT OLD 60S LOOK ....NOTHING MODERN ABOUT IT. BETTER IS OUT THERE!

We just moved into a new apartment and basically had to refurnish the whole place. Had a terrific experience at Raymour & Flanigan Fulton Street. We got a couch, a recliner and some art. Jesus helped us and he was very attentive, helpful, didn't rush us even though we were taking forever, he talked through a bunch of ideas with us, and he even checked in after to coordinate delivery and make sure we were happy with the items once they arrived. On top of that, I made a little mistake (I ordered a right-facing couch when I needed left-facing) and they were super nice about swapping out the couch with the correct facing design. Had a little trouble with the re-delivery but they did their best to reschedule quickly. Overall great products, solid prices, great customer service.
