Great App to book on with a discount!! Easy ride from Airport to Time Square. Our driver Victor went above the call of duty to make sure we had a good ride, knew the best stop to get off on and that we got our luggage!

One of their drivers tailgated doing 80, then tried to run me off the road. Called the company and was kept on hold for over an hour. Filling a police report.

Horrible service yet again. 1 hour 15 minutes late pickup. With a LOT of calls to their dispatcher. Not the first time this has happened. Then the vehicle they send has a broken air conditioner. Use a reputable company.

I can't comment in regards to an individual transfer, but in terms of booking the entire coach and moving a group (up to 55 people) from JFK to Midtown Manhattan (and back), they've been fabulous. Very easy to work with, good price, communicative, and on-time. Paula has been great! Definitely recommend them for a full-coach transfers.

Made the mistake of starting to ask a question of a woman at the desk at LaGuardia only to have her interrupt and bark, "We don't have to answer your questions." I didn't understand why and hadn't even choked out my question, and when I tried to do so, she started saying "We---don't---care..." and as I sputtered, she repeated over and over "Keep your comments to yourself. Keep your comments to yourself. We don't have to listen. Keep your comments to yourself." I ended up telling her she was rude and she spat back at me, "you are too." I still am not sure what happened.

Never used the service, was treated like less than a human at JFL terminal 1 arrivals by an employee on a power trip. My father is disabled and needed to sit and she refused to let him sit despite the section was completely empty. What type of human being treats another with such a lack of empathy? If this is the representation of the company, no wonder why it has miserable reviews.

Driver was talking on his hands-free cell the entire ride from JFK to Grand Central Station at 11:00 am on Oct 23, 2019. Studies have shown that talking on a cell while driving is distracted driving.

They run the shuttle service for employees at EWR airport. Absolutely horrible job keeping any semblance of a schedule. Supposed to be every 12 minutes had to wait almost 45 minutes for a bus. They should be ashamed

was told you run on top of the hour at LGA to JFK. you do not. wasted 1 hour waiting for a bus. arrived at 4:35 to your desk to be told 4:30 bus just left.. you advertise "top of the hour" so I was told next bus was 5:15pm so I waited 5:15 comes no bus. wait til 5:35 a bus finally arrived to go to JFK. I should have just taken UBER/LYFT shared for $30 to get there for an additional $13 to save an hour

DO NOT ride this, they will scam you and lose your luggage!!! I was traveling with my boss and she paid for the both of us. She was given a ticket. While we were on the bus, she got a call from a lady who said Golden Touch gave her the wrong bag- she had my boss’s suitcase instead. The driver said she couldn’t do anything and stopped the bus so my boss could get off to go find it. She took the ticket receipt with her. Then the bus driver came up to me and KICKED ME OFF because I didn’t have the paper ticket. After she just saw my boss, who I was traveling with, leave because the driver lost her bag. I explained that to the driver and she started yelling, “I don’t care, get off this bus now”. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with transportation company.

We were scheduled for the 5pm bus but ended up waiting in the wind for 2 hours, due to the staff's terrible arrangement and problem solving skills. One of the other passengers waiting with us called the customer service, and they hung up on her. Don't waste your money unless you have a couple hours to waste. It's not even that cheap.

FRAUD! THEFT! ALERT!! This company and/or their driver have been fraudulently charging to my credit card periodically since April of this year. I only recently discovered this. They change the “merchant name” slightly in order to disguise the theft. Please check your cards if you’ve ever used this company. Report them!!

I got exactly what was described. 1) A very competitive round trip price ($35) per person from JFK to Grand Central Station. 2) A timely pickup and delivery.

Going from JFK to Newark, you have to switch buses at Grand Central. We asked the information lady how to find the bus going to Newark and she just said that it was very easy but gave no specific answer. The bus driver didn't know where to find the transfer bus and was extremely rude. Took us almost 1h to find the bus going to Newark. Terrible service. Better take the subway.

The worst transportation company I’ve ever used. The driver damaged my laptop by literally throwing my bag, and despite 4 other passengers noting the experience - corporate ignored all attempts to resolve the issue and refused to at the very least apologize. Avoid at all costs.

The quality of the buses have gone wayyy down, and the prices have increased. Why offer power outlets for the long ride to the city, if none of them work? The other company offered much better service and a much better expirience. Corporate greed at its best!!!!

Frauds. We waited 45mins at the airport and the driver never came up. Customer support hanged up every time we asked can we get the ride. Credit card charged, no ride, no contact. Fraud company.

This is by far the worst transportation limo service I’ve ever traveled with. I frequently use their services to get to and from LGA and EWR, and every time I have an issue with them. This company is highly unprofessional with how they speak with customers, and especially airline crew members. They provide vague information regarding pick up locations that leave customers walking in circles.

It all started out GREAT!! They were nice enough. When we asked them what the price was they were reluctant to give it to us. RIGHT after we paid, they then told us that it would take 30 MINUTES before a bus would be available and that it was non refundable. We then had to wait 50 minutes before the man came to get us. We were very annoyed by then. He took us outside with a group of other people and told us that the bus was stuck in traffick. We sat there in the cold for 10 more minutes before the bus finally arrived. Overall not a good experience and I would have rather just paid the New York taxi.

Our 1:20 trip from LaGuardia to Newark left at 6:49p with expected arrival at 8:09p - “no later than 8:19p at the latest,” said the sales agent at the airport. We arrived after 9p after the driver exchanges and ticket stamps at each stop. They also don’t tell you that the bus isn’t direct but that you have to take another city bus for half the trip. When we got onto this second bus, we drove for 20 minutes until another stop and driver exchange. When that driver checked our tickets, he told us the previous one ripped the wrong part of our ticket and that the top portion with payment and receipt was not good enough. At that point, we were forced to pay again for the ride; otherwise, we’d miss our flight, which we almost did anyway (although we gave ourselves more than 2 hours travel time to arrive early). Upon calling the company, we were immediately hung up on. We will likely have to forfeit the $58 or deal with it after our trip. The driver on this leg said not to worry, though. He said that the refund process is “not a problem,” and that once we complain, the girl (whose name we would never know with the four transfers we’ve already experienced) “could get fired for her mistake.” Quite scary that he knows so much about the refund process, but nothing to actually help us when we needed it. They definitely missed the boat on every part of their service, the least of which was arriving anywhere near the time they said they would.

Unreliable company. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Arrived at 3:45 pm to the counter. I was told the nexr bus would be leaving to La Guardia at 4 p.m.. it is 4:50 pm and had to make the decision to take a cab. No van, no bus, no money back. A driver arrived at 440 PM and started arguing that he was done for the day and left. I repeat, do not waste your money, energy or Hope's on this company. What a shame.

Would not recommend. The 2 pm shuttle was 15 min late but we didn’t get out of JFK until almost 2:45 with all the stops picking up other passengers. There was one guy at the last stop that had bought a ticket but the shuttle was full. The seats are nice but they could do better with not selling tickets they ant fulfill.

Connecting from LGA to Newark Airport usually Golden Touch Company was a bad experience. We were dropped along 42nd street and told to wait for a second bus to take us to Newark. We had to wait for over an hour for the bus to arrive. The bus driver and customer service were not helpful at all.

On June 17th 2019 I got to JFK airport and hired Golden Touch Transportation service to take me to Newark airport. I bought my ticket, watched the driver load the bus with the suitcases - mine included - and thought it was off that they don’t have a ticket control for the bags. But I was tired and just got on the bus. When I got to the place where I was supposed to change buses, my suitcase wasn’t there. Employees had no idea where it went, where it could possibly have been unloaded, anything. And they were completely unhelpful and rude. After hours of going back and forth, calling and filing a report with NYPD, I went home. On the next day, I called my insurance and all I needed was a document that would attest the suitcase was there - because they don’t have a luggage ticket control system, the transportation company could issue a document so I could get a reimbursement. NO ONE was helpuful at the office. I would call and they would either scream or put me on hold. Golden Touch states they take no responsability for luggages they transport. And they just say that YOU lost your luggage - if I was on the bus using a service they were providing how could I possibly lose myself? After a few days calling in and getting no response - and obviously being unable to use my insurance - I talked to a private lawyer about suing. Could go after them but I am from abroad and there were no valuables in the suitcase, so I decided to just leave it and enjoy my vacation - even with no suitcase and no insurance reimbursement. Golden Touch Transportation should NOT be in business! There are so many other clients that lost money just like I did for hiring their service and had trouble because of their incompetence. Mistakes happen (that’s why I am careful and have insurance on everything). But choosing their service was a huge mistake that cost me a lot of money! That kind of situation is unacceptable. Their complete disregard for clients is absurd! I’ll never understand how a company as bad as this one is still in business after so many years. If you’re being smarter than I was and checking the reviews first: DON’T USE THEIR SERVICE AT ALL COSTS!

Dispatchers are rude. There is absolutely no accountability. Will schedule pickups and not show up. Dispatchers tell you the wrong location then deny having ever said that, knowing full well that the calls are recorded. There is no organization.

Throughout my whole week of travels in foreign countries, this car ride from JFK to LGA was the most unsafe and foreign I felt. The driver was rude, like we were not accommodating him. I’ve seen some crazy driving, but this was absurd and unsafe. Weaving through traffic, honking, speeding, unsafe maneuvers, getting angry at traffic. It wasn’t a good experience at all.

One of the stands in La Guardia wasn’t even being worked so I had to walk around the terminal to find the bus. Our bus driver stopped to get gas with a bus full of passengers delaying everyone. I thought it had to be a joke but sadly they were serious about their terrible service. Book ANYONE else. Should’ve just paid a taxi.

Used their transportation to get from LGA to Manhattan for $16 USD. The service and lack of friendliness leaves something to be desired but I didn't go in with too high of expectations. The charging outlets on the vehicle don't actually work but not a huge deal. I would say they are good in a pinch or if you didn't want to catch an Uber around rush hour madness. If you are running on a time sensitive schedule I would skip out and find another method of transportation as there are a few stops along the way and it took around 1.5h total for me to get to Times Square. Overall was decent to get from Point A to Point B!

Golden Touch is so bad at being where they're supposed to be as listed on their schedule. And if there's been some sort of update or change to stop locations don't expect to get the memo. Even if you call them immediately as they JUST passed, don't worry, they'll pick you up in 40 min after that because "they can't turn around". But don't worry, they'll "make a note on it". Even though you've filed a report once already in less than 2 weeks Most unorganized, uncooperative, and unprofessional transportation industry I've come across for crew members, and no doubt the public. This opinion developed after not giving them a second chance but 4 and failed every time.

I was a little cautious after reading so many bad reviews, but I had a good experience. I needed to get from La Guardia to Manhattan. I was trying to avoid carrying luggage on a crowded subway & was looking for something cheap. This bus had a pickup at the airport at the top of the hour. The woman I scheduled with was friendly & so was the driver. My phone didn’t have much battery left and I was excited to see power outlets at every seat. It sounds like it might take a long time if a lot of ppl are riding, but there were only about 8 ppl on the bus. I just needed to check in to my hotel & wasn’t too concerned about when I got there. The ride took about 45 minutes. I was dropped off in Times Square. This was on a Sunday after 5pm. This bus was exactly what I was looking for.

DO NOT USE GOLDEN TOUCH!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Requested a Sprinter from JFK to Manhattan including meet and greet and there was no greeter!!! Then requested the return trip again with a sprinter and ended up having an old 36 passengers bus!! Requested services for my entire group, signed the agreement within the deadline and sent it over and they canceled because of time failure when the deadline was met!! They even called me ridiculous in internal email exchanges that was sent to me as well!! When they cancelled my reservation they didn’t even let me speak with their supervisor. When you ask for the email they don’t give it to you. Employees were rude over the phone so I recorded everything. Employees that treat customers like that should be fired!!! I then asked for a customer service employee and they didn’t give me any!! I urge you now to put me in touch with any supervisor of Stan and Maureen as I need to report their terrible behavior towards clients. I need to speak with the GM and the Vice President

Would give zero stars if I could. We had reserved tickets to take the 4pm shuttle from Grand Central Station to JFK, but when we arrived to check in for our bus at 3:30, we were informed that the 4pm bus had already departed for the airport, and were told to wait until the next airport departure at 5pm, which would have caused us to miss our flight. They offered no refund, and we had to pay an additional $85 to take an uber to the airport, having already wasted $35 on the original bus ticket. To be clear, when we tried to check in we were told that the Golden Touch airport shuttle leaves as soon as it fills up, which is not at all explained on their website. Cannot recommend this company to anyone. You're better off splurging on a taxi or Uber to get you to the airport on time.

I wish we had read the reviews prior to buying our tickets. The bus was half an hour late. Our tickets were for "Times Square", but we were told to exit at the Grand Central stop. Which was not near our hotel, and that was one of our deciding factors for taking this bus. I would opt for public transportation or pay for another ride share service next time

It’s not worth. It took more than one hour for the “bus” to arrive to La Guardia. Then it went back to another terminal to drop off and pick up people. With all the chaos, they almost left my suitcase outside the van. In total, almost 2.5 hours to go from La Guardia to JFK. Terrible. If you need to go to JFK, get a Uber/Lyft

On time. hassle free. Van number 1706. it was an afternoon pickup for me and my family. we had about 13 pieces of luggage . The Van was roomy, had a very pleasant smell. wood floors. The driver was easy going, even with all the crazy traffic. rush hour in new york can be overwhelming but the driver was proffesional, kept his composure. I thought the drive would be 2 hours from JFK. The driver did it in 40 minutes. GREAT service and Excellent tunes . THEY ALSO HAD free WIFI!! best driver ever!!
